Tammy Jean Denham, 51, of Roanoke Rapids, NC passed away August 15, 2013. She was preceded in death by her brother, Curt G. Shelton.

Tammy is survived by her mother, Judy Brewer; her aunt, Yvonne Hathaway; and cousins, Amber McClum and Jessie Shelton. She is also survived by four special friends, Martha and Todd Gearheart, and Jimmy and Betty Grant of Midland, Texas.

Tammy leaves behind her loving animals, Honey, Hinrick, Hilga, Dolly, Precious and RayRay.

A memorial service celebrating her life will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, August 23, 2013 in the chapel at Askew Funeral Services. Rev. Randy Martin will officiate.
